Why personal? At scale, the rate depends on live liquidity. We check we can actually settle before we quote — so the number you get is a number we can honour.

How your first OTC trade works
New to trading with us at size? Start smaller and scale as trust builds — at your pace. That’s how serious desks work.
1 · Quote, then lock
We confirm we can settle, then quote a tighter spread for your size. The quote holds for 10 minutes — enough to decide, short enough to stay honest to the market.
2 · Tranches for first-timers
A first large deal is split into legs — e.g. $20k as 4 × $5k: send → verify → pay → next. Your exposure is never more than one leg at a time.
3 · Scale as trust builds
Once we’ve traded cleanly, repeat counterparties graduate to single settlement and priority handling — the path into VIP.

Our only official address
We publish our wallet addresses with an “only official address” warning. PraizEx will never DM you a different address. If one arrives from another number, stop.
Never your seed phrase
Nobody at PraizEx will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer — block them. We can’t touch your wallet, and that’s the point.
Logged & arbitrated
Every leg is logged with a PZX- reference, ID sighted and source of funds. Disputes resolve against that record and our published rates — see the Dispute Policy.
