If the lock expires before you finish, you simply pull a fresh quote at the current rate. Bureau De Change has no timer — those rates are confirmed at the point of the swap.

The general minimum is ₦20,000 per trade. ERC-20 transfers have a higher minimum of ₦150,000 because Ethereum network fees make small sends uneconomical — we’d rather steer you to a cheaper network than have gas eat your money. Gas Packs are exempt from the minimum.

Yes. Use the “Other — request a coin” option in the trade wizard. Tell us the coin and roughly how much, and we’ll come back with a personal quote on WhatsApp. There’s no automatic price for these — a person handles it so we get the network and rate right.

For trades around $5,000 and up, our OTC desk gives you sharper spreads and settlement built for size. The wizard will flag it automatically once your amount crosses the threshold, or you can head straight to the OTC page.

Our pricing is all-in. There’s no separate service fee — everything that keeps the desk running (support, compliance, banking) is already inside the rate you’re quoted. The only extra that ever appears is a blockchain network fee, and only on networks that actually cost more to move.

Only on the pricier networks — mainly ERC-20 (Ethereum) and Bitcoin. Cheaper networks like TRC-20, BEP-20 and Solana carry no network fee, so we don’t show one. When a fee does apply, it’s listed separately in your quote so you can see exactly what you’re paying.

You always see a clear, Wise-style breakdown: the market reference rate, today’s PraizEx rate, any network fee, and your final total — plus how recently the rate updated. The number you lock is the number that settles. That’s the honesty we’re built on.

Third-party payments are refunded to source, no exceptions. To keep everyone safe, the account paying must match the verified name on the trade. It protects you from being used to launder someone else’s money as much as it protects us.

We use a simple ladder. Every trade is checked against a bank-verified name (Tier 0). If your trade reaches ₦1m in one go, or ₦3m across 30 days, we’ll ask for ID (Tier 1). Very large or OTC trades around ₦8m+ add a source-of-funds check (Tier 2). You only ever provide what your trading size calls for.

Never. VIP gets you better rates and priority settlement — it does not reduce a single verification step. “Too important to verify” is exactly the shape big fraud takes, so we hold the line hardest for our biggest traders. It protects you as much as us.
